Dr. Gawley is the founder of the Gawley Companies brands and one of the premiere plastic surgeons in the Scottsdale area. He specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast, body, and face. Dr. Gawley has completed over 13 years of advanced education and training. He is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and completed both a 5-year accredited plastic surgery residency training program at the University of Texas, Galveston and an externship at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center during his residency. Dr. Gawley combines his extensive training and state-of-the-art technology to provide his patients with personalized care and natural results through all his companies.
Angela joined Gawley in 2022, bringing a depth of leadership expertise in strategy, growth, and operational performance. Her experience spans the entire healthcare ecosystem from payer and provider networks, pharmaceutical, device and diagnostic companies and consumer health initiatives with category experience across every facet of the human health and wellness continuum of care. She is committed to the company’s vision of making everyone shine and is a steward of this philosophy to customers, employees, and the greater community. Angela’s contributions extend beyond Gawley through her deep commitment to community, serving on boards supporting arts, education, families, and women in leadership.
Kerri brings extensive experience in clinical practice management, nursing administration, surgical services, managed care, quality, education, and process improvement. Prior to Gawley she was President of Southwest Medical Development, and COO and interim Chief Nursing Officer for Southwest Health System in Cortez, Colorado. Kerri completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Northern Arizona University and her master’s degree in Nursing Science at University of Phoenix. She is also a certified nurse injector with over 12 years of clinical experience. Her people-centric mindset is demonstrated through her passion for mentoring, employee development and helping people reach their full potential.
Casey brings 20 years of leadership experience in operations, HR, and talent development. She has created and implemented onboarding programs, performance management systems, manager training courses, organizational structures, and employee engagement initiatives. Casey is also a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and has coached hundreds of leaders and teams. Casey received rigorous training in coaching and organizational development from The Neuroleadership Institute, The Neuroscience Academy, The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, Columbia Business School, and New York University’s School of Professional Studies.
